A prospective, randomized, blinded, placebo-controlled multisite clinical study of bedinvetmab, a canine monoclonal antibody targeting nerve growth factor, in dogs with osteoarthritis

This study demonstrated the effectiveness and safety of bedinvetmab administered monthly for up to 9 months at 0.5-1.0 mg kg-1 for alleviation of pain associated with canine osteoarthritis.
