Heterostructures based on WSe2 monolayers were studied in a wide range of temperatures by microphotoluminescence, reflectance, and transmission spectroscopy. In addition to the ground states of A- and B-excitons, their excited states were investigated. Good agreement was shown between the results of numerical modeling using the calculation of the reflectance of the heterostructure by the transfer matrix method and the experimental data. The dependence of the exciton line width on temperature in the range of 5–295 K was found.
