The preceding paper of this series reconstructed the logarithmic quantum continuation of coordinate-free renormalized tail orbits across non-semisimple normal-crossing walls in bounded ADE families. It showed that after a finite ordered cover one recovers a regular-singular logarithmic TEP packet, its nilpotent wall residues, and its chamberwise transport. What it did not address was the next genuinely harder regime: boundary components on which logarithmic regularization is no longer enough and the continuation develops exponential scales, anti-Stokes directions, and sectorial gluing. The present paper treats exactly that step in a sharply delimited setting. We remain inside bounded ADE miniversal families and coordinate-free smooth simple-pole branch models, but now allow admissible boundary components which, after a finite ramified ordered cover, carry a single wild block of bounded Poincare rank. On such a chart the packet is no longer merely logarithmic. Instead, after a canonical formal normalization, it acquires diagonal exponential factors of Levelt-Turrittin type, \ \! (Q_ (_^-1) z) \, _^N_/ (2 i), Q_ (_^-1) =₊=₁^p_Q, ₊\, _^-k, \ sectorial regular parts, and a finite Stokes skeleton of filtered symplectic jumps. The first main theorem proves that this entire irregular formal type is functorially determined by the renormalized tail orbit: the ramification order, the active Poincare rank, the formal exponential coefficients Q, ₊, the nilpotent logarithmic residues N_, and the scalar tau exponents _ are all orbit invariants. The second main theorem upgrades wall-crossing from the logarithmic groupoid of the previous paper to a wild Stokes groupoid. Adjacent admissible sectors are glued by constant filtered symplectic Stokes factors supported on the active wild block, and the complete sectorial packet is recovered from one reference sector together with this finite Stokes skeleton. The third main theorem is a wild quantum Torelli statement: on a fixed compact admissible ramified cover, one normalized regular sector plus the formal exponential type and the Stokes skeleton determine the full irregular quantum continuation, up to filtered primitive scalar gauge and blockwise symplectic conjugacy. The fourth main theorem gives a finite-sector asymptotic detector. On a fixed compact region away from higher-order collisions, finitely many sectorial probes over a bounded observation window asymptotically recover the active ramification orders, Poincare ranks, dominant exponential coefficients, nilpotent rank profiles, truncated Stokes factors, and tau multipliers, with explicit error of order \ (N^-1+N+N+N). \ The statement is intentionally local and finite-horizon: it is not presented as a globally conditioned numerical algorithm under arbitrary noise. Conceptually, the paper identifies the next rigidity threshold in the theory. Beyond the discriminant, the orbit remembers not only regular-singular residue data but also genuinely irregular exponential transport. In the stated bounded-wild regime, renormalized tail orbits determine the complete Stokes-filtered quantum continuation.
