Modern financial systems heavily emphasize Environmental, Social, and Governance(ESG) metrics and institutional philanthropy, framing them as ethical evolutions of cap-italism. By applying the Ternary Logic Manifold (M3) and mapping economic variablesto Maxwell’s equations of electromagnetism, this paper mathematically disproves this nar-rative. We demonstrate that ESG frameworks and NGO capital flows are topologicallyisomorphic to 16th-century ecclesiastical indulgences (tithes). They do not generate physi-cal Survival Value (G), but act as artificial magnetic fields (B) designed to induce emotionalcompliance and extract real thermodynamic work from lower-tier nodes.
