Abstract:With China's urbanization entering a new stage of high-quality development, urban renewal has become a significant strategic initiative to promote urban transformation and upgrading. In the process of urban renewal, the power distribution system, as a critical infrastructure for ensuring urban energy security, directly impacts the enhancement of urban functions and sustainable development through the quality of its planning and construction. Based on the context of urban renewal, this paper systematically explores the theoretical foundations, technical systems, implementation pathways, and innovative directions of power distribution system planning. It thoroughly analyzes the new requirements and challenges faced by power distribution systems in urban renewal and proposes a planning methodology tailored to the characteristics of urban renewal. This includes key areas such as system architecture design, intelligent transformation, and green low-carbon development, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for power distribution system construction in urban renewal in the new era.
