This paper develops the relations between U-field parameters and effective physical constants within the USSFT framework. The effective Planck constant emerges as hbarₑff = kappaₕbar * Phi₀² * LSRI, eff², the effective gravitational constant as G = kappaG / (8 pi xi Phi₀²), and the speed of light c emerges as the maximum lattice reconfiguration rate. We derive the Planck length relation ellP = LSRI, eff * sqrt (kappaₕbar * kappaG / (8 pi xi) ), showing that ellP is of order LSRI, eff under natural assumptions. The calibration coefficients kappaₕbar and kappaG are fixed by operational convention. This is the sixth paper in the 18-paper USSFT technical series, completing the foundations block (Papers I-VI) ; for the parameter inventory see Paper V (DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 19626956), for emergent Lorentz symmetry see Paper IV (DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 19626478), for the coarse-graining origin of the SRI see Paper III (DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 19626137), for the operator basis see Paper II (DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 19625720), for the discrete lattice foundation see Paper I (DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 19622932).
