Abstract:Objective To explore the improvement effect of holistic rehabilitation nursing on nursing satisfaction and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From April 2024 to May 2025, 60 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from Tianjin Hexi District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as the study subjects and divided into groups by random drawing: the control group (n=30) received routine nursing, while the observation group (n=30) received holistic rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The cardiac function, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was (96.67%), which was higher than that of the control group (76.67%) (P<0.05); the scores of all dimensions of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The cardiac function parameters of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of holistic rehabilitation nursing is more ideal, effectively improving the cardiac function of patients, optimizing the quality of life, and enhancing nursing satisfaction, which has extensive promotion value.
