Resumen

Pembrolizumab and Olaparib combination therapy demonstrated an acceptable safety profile. Pembrolizumab plus olaparib showed manageable safety in platinum-experienced recurrent cervical cancer. Adding PARP inhibitor to PD-1 blockade demonstrated limited additional clinical activity in this setting. Appropriate biomarkers may be needed for pembrolizumab plus olaparib.
