Adenoid cystic carcinoma is relatively rare in the head and neck, and the early imaging features are not specific, so the misdiagnosis rate is high. Through multimodal imaging examinations, the imaging features of various pathological subtypes were analysed, combined with clinical manifestations, to provide radiologists with a more accurate diagnosis basis and improve the rate of early diagnosis and the ability to identify subtypes. Key Words: Head and neck tumours, Adenoid cystic carcinoma, Computed tomography imaging, Magnetic resonance imaging.
