Microfluidic Mixing The work demonstrates an enhanced micromixing process which can be achieved by means of the magnetically actuated microrobots under microfluidic conditions. By manipulating geometric asymmetry and moment-of-inertia tuning, counter-rotating microrobots generate sustained shear and interface stretching. The work highlights adaptive, programmable micromixing strategies for lab-on-a-chip and microfluidic systems with potential applications in biomedical analysis and chemical processing.
