This preprint presents the Quantum-Resonance Lattice (QRL) theory, proposing that spacetime consists of a three-dimensional cubic lattice of filamentary multi-channel waveguides with a fundamental spectral resonance parameter λ₀ = 766.490 nm (corresponding to a resonant quantum energy of approximately 1.6176 eV). The model formulates the Hamiltonian of the system, calculates the multiplicity of lattice cells for the electron, proton, and neutron, and provides a comparison with string theory. Information density at collapse is evaluated relative to the Bekenstein–Hawking bound. Several experimentally testable predictions are discussed.
