OBJECTIVE: This study evaluates Milestones Resilience Care (MRC), a trauma recovery program grounded in the resilience portfolio model (Hamby et al., 2018) and social cognitive theory (Benight & Bandura, 2004). The program aims to strengthen modifiable psychosocial assets-such as self-efficacy, emotion regulation, and social support-across psychological, physical, social, and existential domains. METHOD: = 35), with missing data handled through last observation carried forward. RESULTS: ² = .171-.212). No significant changes were observed in purpose and meaning. CONCLUSIONS: MRC was associated with multidimensional improvements in resilience among trauma survivors. Its strengths-based, person-centered approach may offer a compelling alternative to symptom-focused care. Future randomized clinical trials are needed.
