Digital operations’ management mechanisms at the transport and logistics sector in the terms of sustainable development

The relevance of the research is due to the further development and integration of participants in the leading transport and logistics markets. The methodological basis of the research was formed by the methods of expert judgement, correlation and graphical methods, the method of complex analysis, and methods of theoretical generalization. The scientific novelty of the study is determined by the authors' approaches to solving problems, developing and implementing mechanisms for digital operations' management for transport and logistics companies. The authors propose a set of mechanisms for digital operations' management at the transport and logistics sector, characterize the possible negative consequences of an unprepared transition to the Industry 5.0 paradigm for market participants, and comprehensively assess the readiness of participants in the world's leading transport and logistics markets for the Industry 5.0 paradigm.
