The Configured Observation Planes (COP) framework derives quantum mechanics, general relativity, the gravitational coupling constant, the mass-energy relation E=mc², the Born rule, and Darwinian selection from a single geometric object: the projective blow-up of the probability simplex. The Riemann Hypothesis follows as a structural consequence of the same construction. A strictly positive mass gap is constructed for quantum SU(N) Yang-Mills theory in four dimensions, including SU(3). This note collects the program's results across thirteen papers deposited from March 2026 to April 2026, organized by domain: foundations of mathematics, physics (quantum mechanics, gravity, the Yang-Mills mass gap, cosmology, the dark sector, and unified conscious experience), the Riemann Hypothesis, and the framework's specializations to selection dynamics, biology, consciousness, and cultural systems. Empirical predictions, closed open problems, and forward directions are included. This version replaces and extends the April 2026 summary (previous version).
