The study aims to examine the effect of 12 weeks integrated yogic intervention on the sleep quality among school going students. Adolescent stage is the transitional stage in physical and psychological changes. Sleep plays an important role in maintaining emotional and mental health. Poor sleep quality often linked with unhealthy lifestyle patterns. Increased mental stress, anxiety, irregular daily routines are common problems faced by school going children in today's lifestyle. The study highlights the role of lifestyle habits effecting sleep quality and yoga practices in improving sleep quality among school going students. Relation between sleeping pattern, behaviour, lifestyle habits and yoga practices were observed and analysed. Data of 108 students was collected from a school in Haridwar. Sleep Quality was measured using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) before and after the intervention period. The findings emphasize the importance of maintaining balanced routines, significant improvement in sleep quality and adopting yoga practices for better sleep and overall well-being among school going students.
