It delves into the role of startups, young and mature firms in employment growth, emphasizing the collaborations, challenges, and constraints in the youth-centric business development landscape. The G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance Summit, part of the G20 Alliance, serves as a vital platform for collaboration, innovation, and policy advocacy, with a focus on promoting entrepreneurship as a catalyst for global economic growth, innovation, societal change, and employment. The paper also explores G20 initiatives and policies regarding startup employment, assessing their impact on global economic growth, innovation, and job creation.
