ABSTRACT Adhesive cantilever resin‐bonded bridges (RBBs) are a minimally invasive option for replacing maxillary lateral incisors in young cleft patients, in whom implant placement is often delayed until completion of craniofacial growth or declined due to surgical burden. Beyond material selection, the outcome depends critically on abutment design and enamel preservation. This technique‐focused case report describes a 17‐year‐old unilateral cleft patient treated with two lithium disilicate veneers (#11, #12) and a cantilever resin‐bonded fixed partial dentures (RBFPDs) replacing #22. Tooth #21 received a 270° partial‐coverage veneer preparation—facial, distal, and most palatal surfaces prepared while intentionally preserving the mesial surface—to maximize enamel bonding, avoid circumferential reduction, and optimize path of insertion and connector geometry. A digitally‐assisted, mock‐up validated adhesive workflow was used, with evidence‐based surface treatments for enamel and lithium disilicate. Short‐term review showed functional stability, esthetic integration, and healthy peri‐abutment tissues. This report details the step‐by‐step preparation parameters, finishing lines, surface conditioning, and bonding protocol of the 270° abutment design, highlighting its value as a biologically respectful, patient‐centered alternative when implants are not feasible in cleft rehabilitation.
