Ecotourism is capable of providing an opportunity for the development and sustainability in society. It can create an opportunity to diversify in economy. The purpose of this research is to study the effective environmental components affected by eco -tourism such as job creating, the prosperity of services, social and financial issues. To find out the effects of eco -tourism, the process of implementing the decision of the group is used in the Delphi method. The results show that the factors of employment growth, the prosperity of services, social cultural issues and income have the greatest impact in expanding eco -tourism. For example, we conclude that eco -tourism provides financial capabilities for rural residents, especially for women. The participation of local residents especially women in ecotourism has had meaningful impact on local economic development. Ecotourism also increases the price of local land and volume in the real estate market. Other results have shown that although the local income increased with a generation of more income for residents; the increase in purchasing power of residents is not recognized.
