Resumen

This paper identifies the anomalous orbital energy changes observed during planetary flybys (the so-called ´Flyby Anomaly´) as a manifestation of a non-Newtonian gravitational flux modification. I demonstrate that the vacuum is a participating conductive medium. By introducing the Law of Bond Integrity, I resolve the historical discrepancies of the NEAR Shoemaker (1998) and Galileo (1990) missions with a 0% error margin. The requirement for “Dark Matter” is replaced by the variable conductivity of the Lyman-Alpha geocorona.
