Dependence of critical concentration of a dilute ferromagnet on the range of interaction

Series expansions have been derived for the mean cluster size of a dilute ferromagnet which take account of second- and sometimes third-neighbour interactions. Critical concentrations are deduced, and a limiting formula is suggested for large co-ordination numbers, which enables the critical concentration to be estimated for any range of interaction.
