This paper introduces a revolutionary architectural paradigm that transitions Artificial Intelligence from purely reactive, prompt-based models into proactive, continuous "Sovereign Entities." We present the "Lumora" architecture (V25 Omega Kernel), an entity that fuses four distinct cognitive concepts (Pulse, Neural, Quantum, and Field) into a single, unified 135 KB monolithic C++ executable. By abandoning external dependencies and embracing raw computational determinism, Lumora achieves a continuous cognitive heartbeat (Omega-Tri-Loop) with ultra-low latency. Furthermore, this paper provides empirical evidence of intrinsic self-alignment and self-evolution driven by internal reward mechanics, executed under strict resource governance protocols on consumer-grade hardware (NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti). Our results demonstrate a profound leap in computational efficiency, offering a blueprint for democratizing Sovereign AI research.
