ABSTRACT Kommerell's Diverticulum is a rare vascular anomaly that can manifest as an anterior mediastinal mass. Considering its rarity and possible lethal complications, it is crucial to consider this abnormality when dealing with anterior mediastinal vascular lesions. Computed tomography (CT) angiography provides valuable information about this anomaly and its complications.
