Objective: To investigate the bacterial distribution and drug resistance profile of urinary tract infections (UTIs) in tuberculosis patients, and to provide evidence-based support for the rational clinical use of antimicrobial agents in this specific patient population. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on bacterial identification and antimicrobial susceptibility test results of tuberculosis patients complicated with UTIs in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2024. Data were processed via WHONET 5.6 and SPSS 21.0. Results: < 0.05). Conclusion: Continuous monitoring of bacterial distribution and drug resistance in tuberculosis patients with UTIs is essential to improve diagnosis and treatment accuracy and guide rational clinical medication use.
