Maps for selected individual causes of death other than cancer are presented for England and Wales. The maps are based on official data from the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys for the years 1968-1978. Data are presented by sex for counties and for each of the 1366 local authority areas as constituted in 1971. (ANNOTATION)
