This study examines the relationships and patterns among different Teacher Personal Information Management (TPIM) variables, focusing particularly on the impact of technological training and knowledge on TPIM practices. Data were gathered from 612 teachers. Repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) was conducted to examine differences among the factors, and structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to assess the hypothesized relationships. Low scores were observed in managing student performances compared to other TPIM variables, yet the empirical model indicated that technological training for teachers positively impact this management skill, alongside two additional TPIM skills: information storage and information retrieval. The results suggested that although technological training is beneficial, it is not adequate by itself to fully enhance all TPIM capabilities. • Examined TPIM in 612 teachers via SEM and variance analysis. • Technological training linked to better TPIM skills. • Teachers rated high in organizing teaching materials. • Management of student performance scored lowest. • Strong desire to enhance TPIM skills among educators.
