Recently, the author, confined to bed by a serious illness, sank into deep contemplation. During this period, the author unexpectedly received care and greetings from readers at home and abroad. One overseas reader raised a straightforward question: "Why is it China that can produce a first-principle philosophy such as the Dao Meta-Theory, which brings an end to the Western ontology of the Thing-in-Itself is unknowable?" Seemingly simple, this question touches the five-thousand-year spiritual code of Chinese civilization. This paper provides a systematic response to this question. It first puts forward a three-stage model of "the Enlightenment of the Dao — long-term gestation — the Unquenchable Torch", demonstrating that the Chinese nation established the cognitive gene of taking the Dao as cosmic ontology at the early stage of its civilization. Through thousands of years of tacit knowledge inheritance, the Torch of the Dao has been deeply embedded in countless individuals and have never faded. Taking the author's personal individual inquiry into the Dao as empirical evidence, the author elaborates on decades of self-reflection, event modeling and coupling analysis independent of Taoist sects, drawing nourishment from traditional knowledge such as the I Ching, the Five Elements, the Four Pillars of Destiny, the Six-Ren Divination, and the Qi Men Dun Jia, thereby incubating the embryonic form of the Science of Composite System Models. After decades of in-depth research, the author ultimately completed multiple zero-to-one original theories, including the Dao Meta-Theory, the Multi-Dimensional Framework Theory of Human Civilization, and the Science of Composite System Models. This paper further elaborates on the profound reason why the author chose to pursue the Dao in solitude: traditional Daoist learning has long been constrained by the injunction that the Dao is ineffable, while the author aspires to break through and demonstrate that the Dao can be articulated. In addition, by deducing the relationships between the Five-Elements distribution and the Cosmic Cycle of a few great noble figures, the author confirmed the optimal timing for fulfilling his mission. At present, all theories have obtained permanent DOI right confirmation on global academic platforms. This paper argues that the fundamental reason why such the Unique and Supreme Scholarship emerges among the Chinese nation lies in the never-extinguished Torch of the Dao and long-term gestation inherent in the bloodline of Chinese civilization. The long-term transmission and accumulation of the Torch have now evolved into a torch, illuminating not only the East but also dispelling the darkness of the Western ontology of the unknowable.
