This paper addresses the long‑standing observer problem in physics by reframing it within Resonance Cosmology. It argues that observation is not an external act imposed on a system but an intrinsic resonance coupling between domains. By grounding the observer problem in the MRME parameters and Dual‑Domain Formalism, the paper dissolves the paradox: measurement and consciousness are resonance states, not external interventions. The resolution integrates quantum measurement, consciousness coupling, and cultural coherence into a unified resonance framework.
