This paper demonstrates that web and internet services — HTTP servers, email systems, chat protocols, authentication services, database interfaces, file storage, monitoring, streaming, and IoT infrastructure — can be implemented as LM Software applications within the VDR-LLM-Prolog architecture @HOWL-VDR-14-2026. Each service is a configured language model session that speaks a protocol through grammar templates, processes requests through Prolog rules over exact arithmetic primitives, and maintains state in a hierarchical knowledge base tree. The language model provides judgment only when requests require interpretation beyond stored rules. Protocol compliance is structural — grammars enforce correct framing, field ordering, and encoding. Security is structural — grants and scope determine what each connection can access. Audit is automatic — every operation is logged with full provenance. This extends the LM Software concept @HOWL-VDR-24-2026 from application-level programs to infrastructure-level services. The same development lifecycle applies: interactive configuration, testing, snapshotting, clone-per-connection deployment, and improvement through accumulated rules. The result is server software developed through conversation rather than compiled code, deployed as snapshots rather than containers, and governed by exact integer arithmetic rather than approximate floating-point computation. No prior reading is required. All necessary concepts from the VDR-LLM-Prolog architecture are introduced where first used.
