In this study, disscuss how to promote the humanistic quality education of competitive sport reserve talents through Integrating four construction of Humanistic Quality Education, so as to promote the coordinated development for reserve talents' body, heart, skill and ability. Finally, at least under the current training mode, whatever they become the elite athletes or take up other jobs into the society in future, the mode will help them make the correct values, norms of behavior pattern, refresh themselves, lay a solid foundation and move forward.
