To address the unsolved problems of cosmology, we present a quantum model for the complete evolution of the universe based on laws of quantum mechanics and entanglement. According to our model, the universe is probabilistically exponentially accelerating in successive quantum epoch with decreasing probability. Like multi-particle entangled state, all galaxies and stars get entangled and the number of galaxies increasing exponentially in successive quantum epochs and they can actively and probabilistically survive forever due to entanglement. The model can correctly predict Hubble constant, energy and mass density of the universe , age of the universe, temperature of the universe, relative strength of fundamental forces and it can explain long-standing cosmological problems such as dark matter and dark energy, horizon problem, galactic structures, the observed asymmetry of matter and anti-matter and spinning motion of planets, star and galactic structures. This apart, the model can predict the orbital periods of planets and angular momentum of rotational motion of planets without using any gravitational theory or gravitational constant and showed how all observably stable elements can be produced through quantum nucleo-synthesis.
