Within the frames of the existing systematic review, carefully adhered to the PRISMA principles, 45 peer-reviewed studies that were published in 2020-25 were carefully examined with a particular emphasis placed on the awareness of cyberbullying and digital communication proficiency in interpreter training programs. Victimization caused by cyberbullying has increased at a speed of 33.6 to 58.2% in 2016 and 2025 respectively, a pattern that is disproportionately represented among the linguistically disadvantaged groups. Based on these results, a pedagogical model grounded on evidence was offered, merging four overlapping areas of competencies, such as digital communication literacy, ethical navigation, technological - mediated interpreting, and trauma - informed practice. Implementation of this framework is expected to help create mental health equity and linguistic justice among vulnerable communities at the precinct of online harassment itself.
