Paper 31 does not claim that the full hydrogen spectrum or full quantum chemistry have already been derived on a graph. It does show that a weighted shell graph in QGEFT already supports a concrete non-collapse mechanism: the first four non-trivial weighted-Laplacian modes on a verified 73-node benchmark keep the nucleus-core density at only `1.4645%`, `0.0317%`, `0.0027%`, and `0.0243%`, while developing shell-organized standing waves and strong participation-ratio contraction.
