Resumen

This study investigated the therapeutic effects of Mongolian Andai therapy in patients with depression by integrating fecal 16S rRNA sequencing and blood metabolomics. Twenty patients received 8 weeks of Andai therapy, and treatment response was evaluated using HAMD scores. The results showed that Andai therapy was associated with significant changes in gut microbiota composition and metabolic profiles, especially in improved patients.
