It consolidates the foundational principles, particle definitions, core laws, and mechanisms of the framework as of 19 May 2026. Key updates in v2.7 include the recognition of the Alpha Void Tear as a dynamic maelstrom — a spinning eccentric vortex that functions as the fundamental plumbing unit of reality. Persistent structures maintain stability through Greer’s Dynamic Equilibrium Law: continuous leakage current from the magnetic moment (the Greer Tax) is exactly balanced by reclamation waves from the substrate. This balanced flow explains propagation, conservation of energy and angular momentum, and fractal self-similarity across all scales. The ontology treats information as quantized and energy as continuous/relational, with temporal resistance playing a central regulatory role. All physical phenomena — from photons to tornadoes to galaxies — emerge as different scales of the same cosmic plumbing architecture.
