This note demonstrates that the Ouroboros Lagrangian, with its minimal self‑interaction, is strictly superrenormalizable by power counting—a stronger condition than the mere renormalizability of the Standard Model. No infinite tower of counterterms is required; all ultraviolet divergences are confined to a finite set of low‑order Green functions.
