Dynamics of Culturally Significant Concepts Государство (State) and Народ (People) in the Russian Linguistic Worldview

The article reveals the dynamics of the culturally significant concepts ГОСУДАРСТВО (STATE) and НАРОД (PEOPLE) using the method of the lexical-phraseological analysis and the method of the classification of the data of the associative experiment conducted at Vladimir Branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The conversion of the nuclear and peripheral characteristics of the discussed concepts from pejorative to neutral and from neutral to meliorative ones confirms the hypothesis about the dynamics of the Russian linguistic worldview.
