The resistance to “totalizing globalization” noted by many modern researchers and the rejection of its obvious consequence – inequality, suggest the need for the emergence of political practices that democratically legitimize the political course towards the deepening and universalization of globalization processes, which are considered “objective” and “irrevocable”. The preservation of “cultural identity”, the new representation of the emerging globality as a dialectical unity of” globalization “and” localization “(“glocalization”), the restriction of “economic monocausality” through politicization based on the recognition of the right to” cultural diversity”, are considered as a relevant way to remove the antagonism of political conflicts recognized by the majority of convinced globalists. “Cultural peculiarity” as a right and as an imperative of public policy in the perspective of the implementation of the global order project is the subject of philosophical interpretation in the article.
