The Blue Whale Challenge, Social Media, Self-Harm, and Suicide Contagion

This report describes an adolescent with a history of self-injurious behavior who was hospitalized for suicidal ideation, who was inspired by the Blue Whale Challenge to engage in self-injurious behavior and post it on social media.
