The prime objective of this study was to assess the impact of training needs assessment (TNA) on the performance of the employees who were employed in the telecommunication sector in Bangladesh. Primary data were collected from the employees of the commercial department of two telecommunication companies. A total of 136 employees were selected using the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique. Ordinary Least Square (OLS) technique was applied to assess the impact of TNA on employees’ performance. This study showed that TNA played a positive role in improving employees’ performance.
