E-learning as a successful alternative: Proposing an online tests system for iraqi universities

The concept of e-learning has become of great significance with a high demand and the urgent need for it, hence it has proven its effectiveness as a successful alternative learning technique. This paper covers literature that explains the overall concept of e-learning, with the significance of e-learning and the need for it in the conclusion section. It provides an overview of the e-learning state in Iraq and the current state of universities in Iraq. Here in this article, we address an important e-learning application, which is the online test system for students. We engage in the explanation of this system, where its benefits are presented. Finally, the paper proposes to establish a system of tests using the Java computer programming language.
