Charge-Entanglement Ontology: Turtles All The Way Down: Fractal Universe Theory Paper 27

This paper presents a speculative ontological framework called "Charge-Entanglement Ontology: Turtles All The Way Down — Fractal Universe Theory". We propose a minimal correction to foundational physics: charge asymmetry is the sole primitive. Any charge dipole pair spontaneously creates a dynamic spinning "Alpha Void Tear" — a maelstrom that nature abhors. From this single mechanism, the entire hierarchy of physics (space, time, gravity, mass, entanglement, and consciousness) emerges mechanically as stacked photon dipole pairs orbiting shared Alpha Void Tears at every scale. The theory is strictly fractal ("turtles all the way down" and all the way up), treats black holes as 2D informational plugs that close the Alpha Void Tear, reinterprets c as the balance velocity of information flux, and views time as a thermodynamic flow from higher to lower structure. It also offers natural explanations for Hawking radiation, hypernovae, the arrow of time, and the emergence of consciousness as an extreme thermal efficiency engine for information.
