This research work focuses on the formulation and evaluation of a polyherbal face pack prepared using natural herbal ingredients for skin care applications. The formulation contains herbal components traditionally used for cleansing, soothing, and improving skin appearance. Various physicochemical parameters such as pH, moisture content, ash value, bulk density, tapped density, Carr’s compressibility index, Hausner’s ratio, and angle of repose were evaluated to assess the quality and flow properties of the formulation. Phytochemical screening and skin compatibility studies were also performed. The developed formulation demonstrated acceptable physicochemical characteristics, good stability, and suitability for topical cosmetic use. The study suggests that the prepared herbal face pack may serve as a safe and effective natural skincare formulation.
