The one-loop photon contribution to the graviton self-energy is calculated using the technique of dimensional regularization and the resulting amplitude is found to satisfy the appropriate Slavnov-Ward identities. The infinite part can be removed by counterterms of the form g (R^2-3R_R^) and the finite part is compared with the previously derived graviton-loop contribution.
