Evaluation of the Efficiency of Business Management Based on the Development of Balanced Indicators Technology

The article provides a comparative analysis of methods for assessing effective business management. A modified approach based on a balanced scorecard is considered. The advantage of the considered approach is the use of an integral assessment of management effectiveness, which allows a comprehensive presentation of the effectiveness of management of all its processes, taking into account the priorities of strategic development.
