Current AI systems demonstrate remarkable capability in language fluency, reasoning, and code generation, yet they consistently fail at a more fundamental task: structurally understanding the human being they interact with. This paper introduces Structural OS for Human Understanding (SOHU), a five-layer structural stack — Semantic OS, Cognitive OS, Interaction OS, Context OS, and Civilization Framework — built on top of the Human Natural Structure (HNS) 36-Matrix coordinate system. SOHU uses HNS as its kernel and integrates with the External Verification Architecture (EVA) to form the world's first structural full-stack OS for human-aligned AI. The framework provides: (1) interpretable AI alignment, (2) hallucination prevention at the conceptual level, and (3) foundational infrastructure for human-AI cognitive alignment. The HNS–SOHU–EVA three-layer architecture aligns with ISO/IEC 42001:2023, the EU AI Act, and IEEE P7001.
