Within Superfluid Vacuum Theory, the electron is modeled as an emergent 3D toroidal vortex ring (n=1). We show that the Pauli exclusion principle and quantum degeneracy lifting (ΔE ≠ 0) can be derived from the topological structure of this vacuum. First, non-linear field feedback in Hilbert space lifts energy degeneracy. Second, we present a bilateral topological spin-statistics derivation using Finkelstein-Rubinstein and Wilczek-Zee methods. Finally, we show that connection 1-forms of spatially separated vortices belong to distinct de Rham cohomology classes in H¹dR (ℝ³ \ S¹A ∪ S¹B), guaranteeing superselection sector orthogonality. The model remains consistent with FERMI-LAT quadratic Lorentz invariance violation limits up to the Planck scale.
