Abstract This surgical technique describe the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament and the posterolateral corner, in addition to lateral extra‐articular tenodesis, using a single femoral tunnel positioned at Stannard's isometric point. The technique employs autologous grafts from the semitendinosus, gracilis, and iliotibial band, resulting in a more cost‐effective, faster, and reproducible procedure compared to isolated anterior cruciate ligament and posterolateral corner reconstruction.
