This paper presents the PETRA Protocol (Pragmatic Electronic & Technical Reconstruction Algorithm), a computational framework for isolating latent geometric structures in historical manuscripts. By employing Directional Fast Fourier Transform (DFFT) and angular persistence filtering, we identify a robust Angular Coherence Index (ACI) within the Voynich Manuscript (Beinecke MS 408). Results indicate a persistent octagonal symmetry (theta * 4), achieving an ACI of 98.5%. This research provides reproducible computational evidence of a grid-based coordinate construction, distinguishing the Voynich Manuscript from stochastic linguistic distributions.
