The Introduction contains comments on some aspects considered relevant to the work and considerations are made about information and its transmission based on the literature. As shown in the development of the work, many questions considered pertinents arose, some of which yet not answered. The author presents concepts formulated by Shannon that served as the basis for the Information Theory, a methodology formulated by Kolmogorov for estimating the amount of information and some cases in which he discusses aspects related to information transmission. In the Discussion and Conclusions section, he presents his arguments for formulating hypotheses that he considers important for the advancement of science, which are the following: -The need, for universal evolution, of the development of a cognitive being that, by capturing physical signals, transforms them into relevant information, with meaning. The existence of a cognitive being, whatever this organism may be, that is capable of receiving any signals and transforming them into information with meaning , becomes necessary considering that mathematical and physical laws and principles are not eternal and that they are necessary for the formation of matter. Over time, a primary consciousness along the lines of human consciousness would be formed; -The emergence of, the existence in the universe of any more ordered object that distinguishes itself from the others in its surroundings, already constitutes conclusive proof of the presence of information and perhaps, in some cases, even of an incipient consciousness destined to evolve. In these terms, it seems that the existence of a Universal Primary Consciousness is inevitably necessary. -The admission that the operationalization for the materialization of atoms is similar to the operationalization for the materialization of proteins, leads the author to suggest similar mechanisms in the two systems considered. This implies the possible existence of non-biological DNA and genes, which would constitute a mechanism for the storage of information, and also the existence of a universal genome.
