Abstract While many companies currently seek technology for penetration into the sector, precision and efficiency while speeding up the processes at the same time, the performance of the supply chain is confronted by numerous challenges that can hinder its performance. This essay discusses the issues and questions resulting from an automated approach employed by industrial companies. The method thus has a considerable influence on the supply chain’s performance, taking account of internal synchronization. After multiple interviews with two companies, an interactive process was developed. The outcomes of the study were extracted from the variables associated with the exam. We have already seen various statistics that indicate that automation has eliminated manufacturing costs, human bugs and a somewhat time-consuming process for supply chains. Although the quality and effectiveness of employees have improved, cooperation between departments and resources and time taken with each job has also improved.
